Driven by curiosity, I bring a broad range of expertise to my creative roles, having worked as a showrunner for several cable and streaming networks through E!/NBCUniversal Media and TLC/Discovery as well as producing brand strategies for digital marketing platforms like Beachbody.

My ability to put together teams, assemble talent, write narratives, and manage budgets has enabled me to continue evolving successfully within the media landscape.
This experience aligned me with my other role as a health and wellness practitioner, where I enjoy bringing peace of mind to clients as they work through their health journey. Earning certifications in meditation, yoga, and reiki, I develop resources that teach others how to practice breathwork techniques and visual meditations with useful tools like the S.A.B.A.R technique.
This journey led to creating strategic marketing partnerships with several non-profit organizations, including the Cleveland Clinic delivering wellness courses to aid caregivers, and the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Monica implementing a Mini-Taters Mindfulness, afterschool, program to help children and families build healthy habits together.
